This is the second time I bought this wireless TV adapter. This Atlona one was only $129.95 from Electronics-depot. It is the same gadget as one called Warpia except the plastic case is white. It worked great streaming laptop to TV downstairs so I bought it for my second TV upstairs. The video can be choppy if used with Atom based netbook, but it works flawlessly with the core 2 duo based HP notebook. It uses the processor horsepower for the video driver so the comp. must be strong enough to handle it. As long as it is used with the strong computer the video and audio will stream nicely to the TV. Even high def movies.

I bought this wireless adapter because I had similar black adapter from Warpia and it worked fine. This white Atlona adapter works fine too and matches my computer color. I like the USB plug and play streaming of the laptop display and audio to my LCD TV. It won’t work from the other room but it works fine if I’m seating in the leaving room.

Bought this from Comp USA. They sent a defective item. I returned the item nearly a month ago and haven’t seen my refund yet. I later bought the exact same item from a different vendor and have loved it so far. Love the item, pick a different vendor though besides Comp USA. I will say their customer service has responded to my emails promptly.

Work fairly well. I have one problem with the look, I have this unreasonable dislike for white things. I looked specifically for a black one and thought I had finally found one, but when it came it was white. I kept it because when looking for it most of the ones I found were white. The only other problem I have is the resolution. I guess the technology just hasn’t caught up with today’s 1080p HDTVs.
